LifeEnsured is a digital estate planning and posthumous email service. It allows you to define what you would like to have happen to your online accounts (i.e. passed on to a family member, deleted, changed). They also allow you to prepare email messages and files which should be sent to you loved ones after you pass away.
Interestingly, LifeEnsured works with the social security administration to detect when a client has passed away, just like a life insurance company.
They have a free, limited account, and paid accounts billed $24 a year or for a one time $300 fee.
